We're looking for a passionate Talent & Culture Advisor to help shape how our people learn, grow and lead. This is more than a learning and development role – it's an opportunity to influence the future of leadership across the organisation, supporting colleagues at every stage of their development journey. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful development experiences, with a strong focus on leadership capability and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership development programmes – from early careers through squiggly careers and emerging and established leaders
- Design and deliver engaging training, coaching initiatives that build confident, capable leaders
- Help create clear development pathways that enable colleagues to grow their careers
- Evaluate the impact of learning and ensure it delivers real value
- Promote a culture of continuous professional development and self‑led learning across the business
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, helping to understand development needs and translate them into meaningful learning solutions
Qualifications
- Has experience in designing and delivering learning or leadership development programmes
- Is an engaging facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
