  • Build relationships with NRW / Environment Agency and Environmental Health Officers to keep them fully informed of biosolids recycling activities
  • Ensure maintenance of 100% biosolids recycling compliance to prevent legal action against the company and to prevent financial penalties being incurred by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
  • Undertake field soil sampling and stockpile inspections ensuring all data is accurately collected and recoded in accordance with IMS procedures
  • Fully comply with IMS procedures to ensure compliance with the industry Biosolids Assurance Scheme
  • Undertaking administrative tasks necessary for demonstrating compliant delivery and recycling of biosolids
  • Guide on specialist subject areas relevant to your expertise or development goals on behalf of the team. Agricultural, water industry or environmental experience
  • IT literate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work to deadlines without compromising quality
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to travel as job requires
  • Ability to demonstrate a commercial approach to cost efficiency and understand the need for large scale change programmes to achieve a high performance business culture
  • Ensure effective day to day delivery of services
  • Develop positive working relationships and to be seen as a highly credible representative of the business.
