In this role, you will offer clear and pragmatic guidance on challenges arising from ServiceNow programmes, including the implementation of new security, risk or IT operational capabilities, helping teams navigate complexity and deliver effective solutions.

You will be responsible for managing delivery against the ServiceNow technical roadmap within your area, ensuring all activity aligns with platform architecture, security standards and agreed technical principles. You will also advise senior stakeholders on the ongoing evolution of the ServiceNow platform, including feasibility of enhancements, delivery approaches and timelines while working closely with production, security and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are secure, resilient and scalable.
