By leading products that underpin social security delivery, you'll help solve complex problems at scale; shaping services used by millions every day. As a Product Manager, you will lead and drive the product development for a part of our organisation, major programme or core service. You will be as passionate about people as you are about products, leading teams to define, design and deliver your vision and realise the value for your users.

- Lead and shape product direction, make key decisions, and advocate for the user.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, harness user insight, and drive continuous improvement to deliver intuitive and impactful services.
- Ensure products underpin social security delivery with high quality, secure, and user-centred outcomes.
- Collaborate across areas to rebuild and improve legacy services to better meet user needs (Core Digital Services).
- Champion user needs from discovery through to delivery and articulate a clear product vision with valued outcomes.
As an experienced Product Manager, you will bring a strong track record of shaping product vision and enabling teams to deliver high-quality, user-centred services. You will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership in setting product direction, defining clear outcomes, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to create products and services that genuinely meet user needs.
- Expertise in developing product strategy and value-driven roadmaps that articulate priorities, inspire stakeholders, and provide a clear path from discovery through to delivery.
- Experience in building and maturing product capability, continuously improving product quality, ways of working, and organisational understanding of product management.
- A deep commitment to customer insight and User-Centred Design, ensuring decisions are informed by evidence, research, and a high level of user awareness to shape accessible and effective digital services.
