We\’d love you to join us.You and your roleWe\’re looking for a Senior Digital Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital projects that support DWP\’s strategic goals.This is a key leadership role where you\’ll shape high-value initiatives, drive effective prioritisation, and provide visibility and insight to enable informed decision-making across our organisation.You\’ll develop clear roadmaps, and guide teams through planning and assurance. You\’ll bring together delivery, financial, architectural, and service insights to mitigate risk and maintain momentum.You\’ll manage multiple workstreams, unblock issues quickly, and oversee governance activities, ensuring quality assurance and Board-level decisions are implemented effectively.You\’ll also identify and manage inter-project dependencies to reduce risk and keep delivery on track.As a proactive and visible leader, you\’ll inspire your team, foster a culture of excellence, and embed best practices in portfolio management.
