We're looking for a user-focused and data-driven Product Manager to lead a key product within the DWP Insights Programme. This role is all about ensuring users can access timely, accurate and actionable insights - through management information products - that drive better outcomes and support DWP's ambition to become increasingly data-driven. Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and actively contributing to strategic discussions at senior level with a focus on data ~ Working within DWP Insights, part of the Data & Analytics Group, you will shape the vision, strategy and delivery of Management Information (MI), reporting and visualisation products that support decision-making across the Department. You'll monitor performance against agreed outcomes, coordinating delivery across multiple products, and ensuring services meet high standards of quality, accessibility and user experience. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, communicate product performance and priorities effectively, and use data, evidence and user insight to drive decision-making. Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you. Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%) Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £68,205.
