Effective project controls to demonstrate the health of the projects you are responsible for and react accordingly to the information gathered. Experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships to shape the outcomes of a project, considering different individual needs, views, and ideas. Experience of building team dynamics and identifying ways to improve the way the team is working. Communicate in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner, choosing appropriate styles and tools to maximise and check understanding and impact. You and your role Our PMs manage full Digital projects or sometimes parts of large-scale programmes. Our focus is on making sure we deliver on time, on budget and with the quality needed. You\’ll apply effective governance, maintaining clear plans, risks, issues and dependencies, and escalating and resolving problems as needed. You\’ll also track progress and budgets, producing accurate reports for senior project managers and governance boards. You\’ll manage change across projects, considering wider impacts. You\’ll build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers, proactively identifying and managing risks, tailoring communication to each audience. You\’ll own your own professional development.
