Key Responsibilities:
- Experience building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Strong reporting and data management skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
- The ability to analyse delivery information and turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management, including governance, assurance and delivery best practice.
- Help keep some of DWP Digital's most important projects and products on track, supporting the delivery of services used by millions of people across the UK.
- Coordinate priorities, monitor progress and identify risks and dependencies that could affect delivery.
- Ensure teams have the information they need to make informed decisions and deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop valuable portfolio management skills, gaining experience in planning, performance reporting, governance and decision-making within a large and complex digital organisation.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues while building skills in stakeholder management, analysis, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
