DWP Digital is looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join DWP's Health Data and Analytics Team, helping generate data and analytics products to support the health transformation programme.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business goals and turn these into tangible performance measures.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes.
- Deliver analysis and information that addresses stakeholder needs and provides recommendations.
- Effectively collaborate with user researchers and other user-focused professions.
- Understand the appropriate media to communicate findings and shape communications relevant to the audience.
- Encourage joined-up teamwork within your team and across other groups.
- SQL coding and Web Analytics experience (Google Analytics is desired).
You and your role
As a Lead Digital Performance Analyst, you will support iterative design of services by analysing a wide range of datasets and collaborating with User Researchers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to create a holistic understanding of our systems, business, and users. You will conduct analysis by developing and working with performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, goals, user needs, and benefits.
This is a key role where a variety of stakeholders will depend on you to deliver accurate and actionable insights, driving the focus and centralising the user in everything we do.
Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face-to-face in a hub.
Pay: We offer pay of up to £50,296.
Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth up to £12,345 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 25 days and rising to 31 days over time. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time, along with all the usual public holidays.
