DWI is seeking to appoint an Analyst for an immediate start, based in London, to support real estate investment and development activities across the UK and Germany. The role provides exposure across the full lifecycle of real estate, including acquisitions, development and asset management. The Analyst will work closely with senior management in a close-knit entrepreneurial environment, contributing analytical, execution and reporting support across live transactions and the existing portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investment Analysis and Transactions
- Underwriting of real estate investment opportunities producing analytically rigorous sensitivity and financial analysis
- Preparation of investment memoranda and presentations
- Supporting commercial, legal and technical due diligence processes
- Assisting with transaction execution, structuring and governance
- Supporting debt origination and refinancing processes
- Assisting with lender financial models, covenant monitoring and drawdown mechanics
- Preparation of lender reporting and ongoing compliance materials
- Asset Management
- Supporting the active management of the UK and German real estate portfolio
- Preparation of management reporting, performance monitoring and capital expenditure tracking
- Assisting with asset business planning, coordinating with development colleagues, property managers and professional advisers
- Supporting leasing, valuation and exit analysis
- Operational Support
- Supporting process improvement initiatives, including the use of automation and technology where appropriate
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 1–2 years’ experience in real estate, investment banking, consulting or a similarly analytical environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, economics, finance or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in real estate, AI and automation to investment and asset management workflows
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Well organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Comfortable operating within a lean, professional investment environment
- German language skills are advantageous but not required
