DWI Consulting is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver CRM and digital transformation projects for membership bodies, charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CRM implementation, migration and transformation projects end to end.
- Coordinate delivery teams, budgets, risks, testing and stakeholder communications.
- Lead client workshops and oversee successful deployment.
What we’re looking fo r
- Proven CRM implementation or digital project management experience.
- Experience in membership or not-for-profit environments.
- Knowledge of iMIS, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
