Monitoring Management Lead
Location: Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Scotland | Onsite, Monday–Friday
Indicative gross salary: £3,650 per month (subject to confirmation)
DWI Consulting is recruiting an experienced monitoring management lead for an enterprise technology environment. Lead the technical operation and improvement of enterprise infrastructure and application monitoring services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee network, system and synthetic monitoring tools and associated technical activities.
- Manage incidents, configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate technical colleagues and maintain reliable monitoring coverage.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of relevant monitoring infrastructure experience.
- Experience with tools such as BMC TrueSight, Entuity, Patrol, ProactiveNet, Elastic Stack, OpsGenie or CA Spectrum.
- Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting and English communication skills; on-call availability.
