IT Service Manager
Location: Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Scotland | Onsite, Monday–Friday
Indicative gross salary: £3,450 per month (subject to confirmation)
DWI Consulting is recruiting an experienced it service manager for an enterprise technology environment. Oversee enterprise IT service delivery, operational performance and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate incident, problem and service request resolution across technical teams.
- Supervise service personnel, review performance and monitor service commitments.
- Provide service reports, risk updates, action plans and stakeholder escalations.
What you’ll need
- At least 5 years of relevant team or project management experience in technology.
- Technology-related university degree or equivalent relevant background.
- Fluent English and advanced Spanish (C1 or higher); strong stakeholder management.
