Incident Manager
Location: Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Scotland | Onsite, Monday–Friday
Indicative gross salary: £3,450 per month (subject to confirmation)
DWI Consulting is recruiting an experienced incident manager for an enterprise technology environment. Coordinate IT incidents and help restore business-critical services within a complex enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical bridge calls and coordinate multiple support teams.
- Track incident priorities, actions, escalations, communications and system updates.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, reporting and knowledge records.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of IT operations or incident management experience.
- Confidence coordinating critical and non-critical incidents across technical teams.
- Strong written and spoken English, with on-call availability.
