Disaster Recovery Specialist
Location: Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Scotland | Onsite, Monday–Friday
Indicative gross salary: £4,200 per month (subject to confirmation)
DWI Consulting is recruiting an experienced disaster recovery specialist for an enterprise technology environment. Support enterprise disaster recovery planning, testing and business continuity operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain disaster recovery plans, procedures and business continuity documentation.
- Execute and report on DR tests across IBM z/OS GDPS, UNIX/AIX and virtualised environments.
- Support NetView automation, storage snapshots and recovery activities.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years of relevant disaster recovery or enterprise infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of IBM z/OS GDPS, NetView, UNIX/AIX and NetApp storage.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota; cloud recovery knowledge advantageous.
