We are seeking a Legion Workforce Management Consultant. This role will support our client's workforce management transformation by providing subject matter expertise on the Legion WFM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the Legion Workforce Management platform.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable WFM solutions.
- Design, test, and validate system functionality, including scheduling, forecasting, labour optimisation, and reporting tools.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop support documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with Legion support and internal IT teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Legion WFM implementations.
- Deep understanding of workforce scheduling, labour forecasting, and optimisation principles.
