We are recruiting a Full Stack Engineer to join a growing platform team building digital infrastructure for client onboarding, identity verification, and process automation. You will work on both Server Side and client-facing layers, contributing to systems that scale across the organization and help clients complete critical workflows efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Write production-grade code and actively participate in architectural decisions within a distributed services framework
- Balance business objectives with technical and operational requirements to drive sustainable growth
- Champion code quality and engineering discipline across all development squads
- Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Proactively identify technical risks and communicate concerns to stakeholders
- Contribute to process optimization and introduce scalable technical solutions
