Sage X3 Consultant (SC Cleared)

The consultant we are looking for should be a highly skilled Sage specialist. The task will be to lead a critical replatforming initiative for our customer.

The consultant should have experience with migrating the Sage X3 GL application from on-premises legacy infrastructure to Oracle Cloud, including:

1. Documenting target Oracle Cloud design.
2. Documenting replatform approach.
3. Testing and proving standalone target design.
4. Building Test and DR environments.

Experience and skills needed for this position:

• Used principally to provide a General Ledger function for the CMS system.
• Takes nightly flat file feeds from the BaNCS financials application and a BACS file from RBS.
• Currently have only a single environment, namely Production, with no DR or Test available.
• Upgrade of Sage X3 GL from 6.4 to V12.x.
• Replatforming from AIX/Windows to Oracle Linux/Windows.
• Database is currently Oracle 11.2.0.4, upgrading to 19c.

This contract will be 80% remote and 20% onsite at our client\’s office in Central London.

For this position, we are looking for a consultant that has active SC Clearance.
