- Partner with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure tooling meets regulatory and internal requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for Fusion-related configuration, user support, and best-practice guidance.
- Support training, process documentation, and the continuous improvement of tooling adoption across the business.
Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with the Fusion platform, including configuration and user administration. Knowledge of data integration concepts and experience working with golden source system owners. Familiarity with automation and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
- Regulatory & Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services resilience regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA, DORA) and related governance standards.
- Professional Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across both business and technology functions. Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working autonomously in dynamic, fast-changing environments. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.
