You’ll play a key role in driving our success, working across diverse and exciting projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Additionally, you can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you can occasionally travel to our Manchester office, providing opportunities to engage with colleagues face-to-face and deepen your connections within the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Group Change, Legal Operations, HR, Finance, and Mergers, Acquisitions and Integrations, will be crucial to ensuring project alignment and success.
- Effectively manage vendors and internal SMEs to ensure timely service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contracts.
- Regularly report to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, issues, risks, and resource requirements will also be a key aspect of the role.
- Track and manage project budgets against ROI, escalating any deviations as needed.
- Identify project dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation or contingency plans, while controlling project scope through change management processes.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- A background in managing end to end IT infrastructure projects, such as data centre initiatives and data classification/clean-up.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SaaS application implementations, including user adoption and seamless integration.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure project alignment and success.
- Experience in vendor management, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and contract compliance.
- Ability to work on multiple diverse projects at the same time
- Familiarity with group change initiatives or large-scale organizational integration projects.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and resource requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:
- Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- Awareness of ITIL Service Management practices and approach
- Awareness of IT Architecture and Design processes e.g. TOGAF
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices for scope control and escalation processes.
