Responsibilities
- You’ll take full ownership of Workplace Services across our Manchester offices, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of all facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, and supplier coordination.
- You’ll lead a team of 11, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and creating a culture where service standards are consistently high.
- Alongside this, you’ll manage budgets, oversee procurement and vendor performance, and ensure all services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Beyond the day‑to‑day, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workplace environment, including leading on compliance, audits, and health.
