DWF is seeking a motivated Senior Paralegal to support our legal team in delivering high‑quality services to clients and advancing through progression opportunities. The business has adopted a hybrid model, allowing a mix of home working and attendance at the London office.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners and support qualified individuals with case progression through the litigation process, including disclosure, witness & expert evidence and trial/JSM preparation.
• Act as a trusted team member, taking responsibility for tasks such as updating files, reviewing confidential records and liaising with third parties.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and organise information.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the legal team.
• Support the team in managing case files, maintaining accurate records and keeping the CMS up to date.
• Action cases in line with department and client service standards and protocols.

Essential Qualifications

• Real interest in EL/PL, RTA, personal injury or catastrophic injury cases, preferably with previous experience.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while working to strict deadlines.
• Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills, knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn on the job and participate in learning & development opportunities.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data.

Desirable Qualifications

• Background working within a busy commercial environment.
