Why join us?We are hiring a Senior Finance Systems Manager to join DWF's CFO Office and lead the future development of our global finance systems.
This senior leadership role will drive a multi-year transformation programme focused on modernising Elite 3E, improving reporting and automation, strengthening controls, and simplifying the finance systems landscape.
Working closely with the CFO, Finance Leadership Team and Technology teams, you will deliver improvements that enhance efficiency, support better decision-making and drive business performance.
The role is suited to candidates based in Manchester, operating within a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities Lead DWF's finance systems strategy and transformation roadmap.
Define and deliver the future finance systems model aligned with business needs.
Own the finance systems landscape, including ERP, billing, reporting, planning and data platforms.
Simplify systems, improve integration and drive long-term efficiency.
Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of Elite 3E.
Improve billing, collections, reporting and financial management processes through technology.
Ensure finance systems are secure, reliable and well managed.
Drive automation and process improvement to reduce manual work.
Enhance data quality, reporting and business insight.
Maintain strong system controls, governance and risk management.
Build and lead a high-performing Finance Systems team.
Partner with the CFO, Finance Leadership Team and key stakeholders to deliver strategic change.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Qualified accountant, finance professional or senior finance systems leader with significant experience in complex and international organisations.
Strong experience managing enterprise finance systems, including ERP, billing, collections, reporting, planning, financial close and workflow technologies.
Proven track record delivering major finance systems implementations, transformation programmes, modernisation projects or Saa S migrations.
Experience in legal, professional services or similarly complex international organisations would be advantageous.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage third-party suppliers or service providers.
Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, risk management and compliance obligations.
Elite 3E experience is strongly preferred but not essential.
