Overview
DWF are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join their Resolution Law team based in Liverpool. Resolution Law are the claimant team within DWF and offers services for various types of accidents and injuries. The team handle Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases that have been set up directly by our File Inception team. This role will be working in our Uninsured Loss Recovery team. This role is Liverpool based and offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Manage uninsured loss claims within RTA accidents e.g policy excess and hire charge costs
- Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately.
- Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets.
- Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly.
- Maximise efficiency, develop technical knowledge
- Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed.
