Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with varied caseloads, including property casualty, property damage, product liability, and subrogated recovery claims.
- Prioritise workload to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Develop technical and commercial knowledge through training, supervision, and day‑to‑day casework.
- Support the team in delivering a high standard of service to insurer clients.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience within Commercial Insurance, particularly Property Damage and/or Recoveries.
- Previous experience working in a legal environment.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to assess files and sensitive information accurately.
- Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
