While the team is primarily based in Liverpool, we also welcome applications from candidates across Manchester and London. ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution.Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.Researching to support legal strategies and case development.What will help you succeed in this role? EssentialExperience handling insurance, motor fraud litigation is preferred but we would also consider those with broader fraud experience.Strong understanding of motor-related claims and the litigation process, including pre‑action protocols and CPR.Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills, with experience using case management systems.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.What we offer?We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
