ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution.Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.Researching to support legal strategies and case development.What will help you succeed in this role?
