Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners on files and support our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related to real estate or commercial property
- Review and advise on case strategy, evidence, and risk
- Ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
- Support training, performance monitoring, and workflow management
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department
