Lead Paralegal - Real Estate in Manchester

• You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related to real estate or commercial property.
• Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals.
• Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk.
• Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards.
• Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
• Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
• Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.

• Previous experience handling a real estate or commercial property related caseload.
• Ability to support team members of various levels.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to draft and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail.
