As a Lead Paralegal, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one—leading on transactions, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base. Responsibilities- You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related to real estate or commercial property.
- Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals.
- Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk.
- Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
- Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
- Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.
- Previous experience handling a real estate or commercial property related caseload.
