The Complex Motor Fraud Team at DWF are seeking a Solicitor with expertise in motor fraud claims to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with complex motor fraud cases for a wide variety of clients. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, whilst the team are predominantly based from our Liverpool office we will also consider candidates in Manchester and the North West.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm's case management system.
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development.
