DWF is recruiting a Personal Assistant to join a high‑performing business support function within a leading legal services organisation. The role offers hybrid working, requiring onsite presence in the office 2‑3 days per week, with support from an experienced Business Support team in a fast‑paced, professional environment. You will be supporting our Real Estate/Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide proactive, high‑level support to Partners and Fee‑Earning teams, delivering a highly professional and responsive service that helps ensure the effective and efficient use of time.
  • Acting as a trusted support partner, the PA will play a key role in enabling fee‑earning colleagues to focus on client work by managing a wide range of non‑chargeable activities, contributing directly to the delivery of a high‑quality client experience.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners and teams across the business, supporting day‑to‑day operations while adding real value through organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach that helps optimise billable time and overall team effectiveness.

Essential

  • Experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence supporting senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of producing accurate, high‑quality meeting minutes
  • Experience arranging travel and processing expenses
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Desirable

  • Experience supporting Partners or Fee Earners within legal or professional services
  • Billing and Invoicing experience
  • Experience supporting events or client hospitality
  • Experience working within Real Estate in the legal sector
