Why join us? We're looking for a BI Analyst to join our Client Reporting team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity to support high-profile clients and internal stakeholders by delivering timely, meaningful reporting and insights that support business decisions and enhance client service.

With flexibility to be based in our Liverpool on a hybrid working basis in line with the team, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while developing your career within a supportive environment.

Acting as a point of contact, you’ll work closely with Client Partners, Fee Earners, Client Care and the Data Team to understand reporting needs and translate data into meaningful insights.
Alongside business‑as‑usual reporting, you’ll support process improvements, automation initiatives and data quality activities. You’ll help maintain reporting standards, identify efficiencies and contribute to the ongoing development of reporting tools, processes and best practice across the team.
