DWF is currently hiring an Invoicing Specialist to join our Finance Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a billing or invoicing role who is looking to take the next step and progress their career.
The team works across insurance, commercial, and e-billing, and this role offers exposure to various finance functions such as Credit Control, Cashiering, Accounts Payable, and Transformation. As we undergo significant change to enhance our service delivery, we are seeking an adaptable team member who can seamlessly transition between roles and drive innovation.
This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with a requirement to be in the Manchester office two days per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday).
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with our legal teams within Commercial and Insurance Services to prepare and send bills to clients.
- Reviewing and processing high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately within set time frames, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Generating diverse invoice types promptly, including standard bills, e-bills, composite bills, and multi-payor bills.
- Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks to ensure smooth billing processes for all our clients and partners.
- Preparing detailed financial reports on a regular basis.
- Continuously seeking process improvement opportunities, with a focus on leveraging technology for automation.
- Adapting duties as priorities evolve within the team.
