Join DWF LLP as a Paralegal in our nationally‑recognised insurance team based in Scotland. The role can be based from either of our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload for insurers, focusing on defending litigated Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Motor, RTA or EL/PL claims.
- Work closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support case progression, draft legal documents and expert instructions, maintain precision in written work, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and conduct thorough research to support legal strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous Paralegal experience in high‑value Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Motor, RTA or EL/PL claims.
- Experience handling personal injury litigation (pursuer or defender).
- High attention to detail.
- Background in a busy commercial environment.
