We offer a hybrid working pattern and are flexible on office attendance based on candidate location.ResponsibilitiesTo handle a mixed caseload of defendant fast-tack and multi-track claims, in Employer's Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), in addition to assisting senior team members (Partner and Senior Associate) on high value complex cases.Advising clients, including insurers and corporate clients, on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.Staying updated on legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law.What will help you succeed in this role?
