We are looking for a proactive and organized Legal Services Assistant to join our Fraud and Motor Teams. Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Team.
- Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.
- Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
