We are currently hiring for an Admin Assistant (Real Estate Department) to join our ever-expanding team at DWF. This is a growth role for the organisation. If successful you will be based in our Belfast office with the requirement to be on-site 5 days a week. As an Admin Assistant (Real Estate Department) you will be supporting the Operational and Administrative function of a Central Services Team, working closely with colleagues, clients and service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, photocopy, scan, and manage documents using appropriate software to a high standard
  • Handling and efficient management of Conveyancing documentation
  • Manage inboxes under guidance
  • Help support PAs and Executive Assistants as needed
  • Always follow firm policies and maintain confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

  • Conveyancing Experience i.e. handling and knowledge of Conveyancing procedures
  • Overall knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good attention to detail ensuring all work and documents are produced to a high standard
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels
  • A good team spirit with proven teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous administrative training and experience within a similar environment
  • Handling case sensitive documents
  • Multitasking ability - managing competing demands effectively
  • Record and data management - maintaining accurate and accessible information
