We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our ever-expanding team at DWF. If successful you will be based in our Belfast office with the requirement to be on-site 5 days a week.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be supporting the Operational and Administrative function of a Central Services Team, working closely with colleagues, clients and service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Book rooms with required facilities and arrange internal/external meetings as directed.
  • Produce, photocopy, scan, and manage documents using appropriate software to a high standard.
  • Take phone messages and manage inboxes under guidance.
  • Maintain stationery, handle post, and support file management (archiving, housekeeping).
  • Help with team projects, and support PAs and Executive Assistants as needed.
  • Always follow firm policies and maintain confidentiality.

  • Previous administrative training and experience within a similar environment.
  • Basic IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good attention to detail ensuring all work and documents are produced to a high standard.
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
  • A good team spirit with proven teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
