Drive growth for a Global Market Group within DWF by leading strategic business development and integrated marketing efforts. You will collaborate with senior leaders, Client Relationship Partners and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver campaigns on an international scale. This role blends relationship building, opportunity connection, and commercially focused marketing to raise market profile and win business. Your impact spans client programs, events, budgets, and multi-jurisdictional initiatives, shaping how we grow with Global Key Clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the BD and marketing strategy for the Global Market Group to meet growth objectives
- Partner with Market Group Leaders, Client Relationship Partners and stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities
- Lead multi-jurisdictional, client-focused campaigns to raise market profile and generate opportunities
- Support growth plans for Global Key Clients, acting as Account Manager when required
- Represent DWF at external events and build relationships with clients and market contacts
- Manage Market Group budgets and assist with business planning
- Collaborate with Brand, Communications and Digital teams for integrated campaigns
- Monitor, report on activity, outcomes and ROI
- Contribute to wider Marketing & BD projects and initiatives
- Manage and develop team members where appropriate
Key Requirements
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful business development strategies
- Strong experience designing and delivering B2B marketing campaigns that drive commercial results
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Strong client focus with ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
- Demonstrable project management experience, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of business drivers and client needs
- Proactive, collaborative and able to build relationships across teams, practices and geographies
