Responsibilities include scoping review requests from the outset, maintaining an up-to-date document review pipeline, and ensuring clear visibility of workflows, timelines, deadlines, and budgets. Analysing project requirements and allocating resources effectively across matters, managing competing milestones, and supervising both internal and external review teams. Supporting review delivery through Review Playbooks, briefing calls, clear instructions, efficient QC structures, and ongoing feedback, training, and performance management. Working closely with eDiscovery project managers to design and manage platforms, workflows, coding layouts, searches, AI tools (including CAL), dashboards, and reporting. Overseeing access, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding of resources, ensuring training materials are current, communication is clear, and utilisation is maximised. Producing fee estimates, monitoring budgets, ensuring accurate time recording, maintaining financial hygiene, and advising client teams on best practices and efficiencies. Leading a positive, high-performing team culture, driving continuous improvement, capturing feedback and efficiencies, producing reports and case studies, supporting bids, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What will help you succeed in this role? At least 3 years of document review management experience. Bachelor's degree, law degree equivalent (UK) & UK Qualified Solicitor. Experience in building credibility and trust with a diverse and challenging business stakeholder group. Demonstrable experience of driving improvements in performance for client teams. Experience in technology-assisted reviews, such as CAL, TAR, and other AI tools. Familiarity with Relativity (preferably RelOne), standard MS Office applications, time recording tools, and the ability to quickly master new software. Leadership skills necessary to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Experience of driving improvement in performance through the use of technology and process improvement techniques. Superb case/project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality of client service.

Desirable: Relativity Review Management Specialist accreditation preferred.
