DWF is seeking a System Compliance Lead to join our IT team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the improvement and general development of the IT systems which support these processes, to ensure compliance with DWF standards. Working with other teams within the company and the support network of Central Services to deliver a consistently high level of service of the JML processes and system compliance. This role will be on a hybrid basis from our Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop administration and compliance of IT processes.
- Oversee the IT Systems Compliance Administrators β UK and Pune.
- Co-ordinate JML processes within the team.
- Oversee Team's IT Service Desk system queue, focusing on aged calls and timely response in line with departmental SLA.
- Regularly manage and audit Active Directory security groups and user objects.
- Ensure licenses are maintained for MS Office 365 for JML.
- Regularly review Knowledge Base articles to ensure they are still relevant and accurate for compliance, ensuring that they remain up to date in line with the automation to perform BAU activities.
- Support the Digital Experience Senior Manager and IT Transformation Team with projects & responsibilities.
- Work with other Technical IT Teams on moving the team forward on Automation to further develop BAU processes.
- Oversee and manage the organisation of the trainees' rotation ensuring compliance and process in line with IT policies.
- Maintain & Develop the Auditor's process to ensure compliance and access to systems is maintained and monitored.
- Maintain adequate records for the control of administration checklists ensuring they are kept up to date and improve where appropriate.
