The role is hybrid with office attendance required in Birmingham 2-3 days per week. The property claims team provide a varied workload and arise from varied industries and sectors, including property owners, construction 3-5 years of PQE, but we are open to seeing a variety of experience level candidates, handling insurance backed property damage claims. Prior experience handling a litigated insurance property related caseload, including experience in first party property damage, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries. Technical expertise and a strong interest in Commercial Insurance matters generally. A proven track record of delivering results within strict deadlines and timeframes. Desirable Criteria; The ability to communicate and manage often complex issues for both internal and external stakeholder. A self‑motivated individual who can also effectively coach and develop others within the team. What we offer?
