Paralegal- Fraud

Why join us? DWF\’s Insurance team in Scotland is looking to recruit a Paralegal to work in our award-winning counter-fraud team. The successful applicant will act for household name insurers and provide high-quality advice on defending a wide range of pre-litigation personal injury claims where fraud is suspected. The role can be based in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Responsibilities You will manage a diverse caseload for insurers of suspected fraudulent motor claims, from inception to resolution. Duties include conducting investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and researching to support legal strategies and case development. What will help you succeed in this role? Essential Previous Paralegal experience working on personal injury or motor claims. Strong communication skills. High attention to detail. Desirable Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of claims. Experience of fraud work is advantageous but not essential.
