Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Paralegal to join our Legal Recoveries team in our Leeds office on a hybrid basis. As a Paralegal you will handle a variety of work types related to the recovery of clients\’ debts, from pre-action stage to enforcement of a judgment. Your caseload will include both volume and niche matters, providing you with opportunities to grow and utilise your skills effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Practice and internal policies and processes
  • Maintain awareness of relevant client strategies and ensure implementation on cases / projects
  • Achieve individual KPI\’s and contribution to team performance at a high level, including financial and non-financial measures where applicable
  • Deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network
