DWF is recruiting for a Tech Onboarding & Support Specialist to join the Tech Onboarding & Support (Learning & Development) team on a 12 month FTC, which delivers consistent, accessible and engaging systems onboarding and training to colleagues across the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on supporting system adoption and continuous improvement, initially through the rollout of the Sharedo case management system.
Responsibilities
- You will support the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of system training programmes, initially focused on Sharedo, working closely with the wider Tech Onboarding & Support team and key stakeholders to identify training needs, evaluation opportunities and potential system or process improvements, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
- You will design and deliver training content across multiple formats, including digital adoption content, classroom and virtual sessions, documentation, guides, presentations and online courses, while taking ownership of specific training programmes and upskilling across others to reduce knowledge dependencies and support continuity.

- Experience working within an L&D, training or similar function
- Facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience designing digital learning content using an LMS and/or digital adoption platform
- Experience working with legal and/or financial systems or processes
- Exposure to training evaluation or quality assurance frameworks
- Experience working within a large or complex organisation
- Ability to adapt training style for diverse user group
- Interest in innovative learning methods or emerging technologies
