DWF is seeking a highly motivated Solicitor to join our market-leading Finance Litigation team in Manchester. The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance across a range of finance litigation matters, including asset and consumer finance. This role is based in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of finance litigation matters under partner supervision.
- Provide advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance claims.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and networking.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- 1+ years’ PQE with a background in finance litigation.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach.
Desirable
- A sound knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations would be preferred.
