As Paralegal you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with complex fraud and motor litigation cases for a wide variety of clients. The successful candidate will assist senior fee earners on Fraud & Motor claims. The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the expectation to be in either the Manchester or Birmingham office one to two days per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with a diverse caseload of fraud motor cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Research to support legal strategies and case development.

- Previous paralegal experience handling in your own right or assisting on fraud or motor insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
