At DWF we are currently recruiting for an E-Billing Specialist to come and join the Manchester team on a hybrid basis, with the team currently working from the office between Monday – Wednesday. Responsibilities:
- Preparing e-bill files in LEDES and XML formats for portal submissions, with a clear understanding of requirements, alongside manual submission of PDF files.
- Dealing with submission errors, using your technical knowledge and liaising with fee earners, clients and third parties to resolve them.
- Performing root cause analysis & drive recommendations for process & KPI improvements.
- Proactively overseeing on-boarding process for existing and new clients switching to an e-billing solution.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential: Previous experience in a Billing or Invoicing role.
Desirable: Previous E-Billing experience; Previous experience in a law firm or legal services.
