Resolution Law are the claimant team within DWF and provides services for various types of accidents and injuries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, with strong support and guidance to help you take the next step in your career. You will gain exposure to high‑value, serious injury claims, working closely with senior team members while also managing your own caseload of complex fast‑track and intermediate‑track injury matters. The role is based in Liverpool and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members on a claimant serious injury caseload, whilst managing your own fast-track / intermediate-track files.
  • Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately.
  • Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets.
  • Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly.
  • Maximise efficiency and develop technical knowledge.
  • Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Previous experience in working a legal environment or similar role.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of the clients' needs.
  • Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Tangible experience handling in your own right or supporting on a claimant personal injury caseload.
