Joining our national Real Estate team offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative group handling a broad range of complex commercial matters across the UK. As a Lead Paralegal, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one—leading on transactions, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related to real estate or commercial property.
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals.
  • Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk.
  • Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards.
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
  • Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
  • Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.
