Joining our national Real Estate team offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative group handling a broad range of complex commercial matters across the UK.

As a Lead Paralegal, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one—leading on transactions, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
- You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related real estate or commercial property
- Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals
- Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk
- Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
- Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management
- Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department
